The St. James Quilters honored Chief Scott Boyer with a Military Service Quilt, handcrafted by club members.  Chief Boyer was recognized for his two tours of service in Vietnam as well as his nearly 10 years with the St. James Fire Department.  The Chief also received a Vietnam Veteran service pin.
